What we text you
Brew Crush (operated by Search Up LLC) sends SMS text messages for account security only: phone-number verification codes, two-factor login codes, and account recovery codes. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
You only receive texts after you enter your mobile number in the Brew Crush app or web app and tick the consent box on the Phone Verification screen. The box is never pre-checked. The consent language shown is:

Phone verification is optional. You can use Brew Crush without providing a phone number.
Message frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies and depends on your actions: typically one message when you verify your number and one message per login if you enable two-factor authentication.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.
- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Opting out and getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final confirmation message. You can also remove your phone number in the app under Profile → Verification.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact us at brewcrush.com/support.

Your privacy
Your phone number is used only to deliver these codes and to secure your account. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Messages are delivered through our SMS provider, Twilio, solely to transmit the codes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
